Description
As a Senior Sales Manager in the field of renewable energies - inverters, stationary energy storage and small solar appliances in the B2B sector - you will be responsible for development and implementation of sales strategies to support the growth and success of our company. You will work closely with other departments to effectively market our products and services and expand our customer base.
We are looking for an experienced sales manager, ideally with leadership experience, who has extensive knowledge in the field of renewable energy and is able to develop innovative sales approaches to strengthen our company's market presence.
Responsibilities
✓ Develop and carry out sales strategies to increase sales and market share in the renewable energy sector. ✓ Identify new business opportunities and customer relationships through proactive market research and network building.
✓ Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships in the field of specialist wholesale through personal contacts, presentations and negotiations.
✓ Perspective: Lead a team of sales reps and support their development and performance optimization.
✓ Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to meet customers' needs and improve product offerings.
✓ Analyze sales data and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
✓ Participate in industry events, trade fairs and conferences to strengthen the company's profile and attract potential customers.
Qualifications
✓ Completed Bachelor's, Master's or related fields.
✓ Proven professional experience in sales, ideally in the field of renewable energy.
✓ In-depth understanding of renewable energies, especially solar, and storage.
✓ Strong leadership skills and experience in leading.
